New Moon In Taurus: April 22, 2020 – Modern Love & Money | ElsaElsa

The new moon in Taurus takes place late in the evening on April 22nd at three degrees. Uranus is involved. This freaks people out but I don’t know why!

Uranus is unpredictable but so what? The best things in life often show up with you least expect it.  Taurus is a VENUS-ruled sign. I bet the change that you see is favorable.

Saturn in Aquarius will square the new moon. Don’t let this scare you!  Saturn is at home in Aquarius. If anything, it will check the craziness. I do expect a lot of action in the stock market but ultimately, it will wind up putting things (values) where they go.

I’m getting a bit sick of all the sky-is-falling crap. The sky is not falling!  And I can say that because we’re talking about Taurus here. It’s not exactly a flimsy sign.

To better understand, imagine a well-furnished home. This is a time when you might move the heavy furniture around in order to modernize the place. It’s work (Saturn) but it’s hardly dangerous!

You may want to update your portfolio.
You may also want to revamp your relationships or change how you value certain people or things.
I don’t think this will be fatal or anything.

You can also clean out your closet or your garage or wherever it is you store stuff you should have let go of decades ago. This will liberate you, clearly.

This would also be a good time to learn to stand firm and have integrity. A bull is a bull and gorgeous as-is.

We set intentions under new moons. Here are some ideas based on the house in your chart where the new moon falls.

• New Moon in the 1st house –  Update your “first impression”. Lead people to freedom.
• New Moon in the 2nd house – Who and what do you love? Get rid of garbage possessions.
• New Moon in the 3rd house –  Love notes. Communicate with a box of chocolates.
• New Moon in the 4th house –  New decor for the home.
• New Moon in the 5th house – Art and children and fun sex. Lucky you!
• New Moon in the 6th house – De-clutter your work space. New diet.  Better food but less of it?
• New Moon in the 7th house – Find an innovative, tangible way to express your love and appreciation for “the other” in your life.
• New Moon in the 8th house – Got pathology that dogs you? Snap it like a twig!
• New Moon in the 9th house – Oh my!  This is a great one. Update your beliefs! I don’t care if you’ve stuck with some (unfounded) philosophy for decades.  Time for something solid in this realm.
• New Moon  the 10th house –  This is all about backbone.  Solid parenting.
• New Moon in the 11th house –  Update your “wishes, hopes and dreams”.  Realize what you wanted at 20 years old probably doesn’t work when you’re 40.
• New Moon in the 12th house – Stock tip from God!

As I wrote these, I realized this new moon is like a giant software UPDATE of your life and values.  Most of us need this badly, don’t you think?
