I’m a Digital Marketing Strategist / Head of Digital, and I’m based in London, UK. Over the last 14 years I’ve worked for at800, Royal Mail, Accenture [Management Consultant], Nokia, Virgin Media, QVC, HSBC, the UK Government, and myself. In those 14 years I’ve worked on a variety of marketing touchpoints and channels. From SEM & Affiliates to Fixed Web content management to mobile marketing to ecommerce to social media.

I’ve also worked on the more traditional touchpoints, like ATL [TV, Print, Outdoor], all the time optimising performance across bought, earned and owned channels.
