Moon Days: Ashtanga Yoga Holidays

No asana practice occurs during a full moon or new moon & is taken seriously from those who practice a regular Ashtanga flow. This because our bodies are made up of 70% water & we are effected by the moon phases mentally & physically, injury is more likely during these times. Other Yoga practices such as meditation are encouraged. Moon Days are great days to cleanse the home/work spaces and self, setting intentions & goals for the next cycle promoting productivity in achieving them.
