In 2020, a 4 Personal Year requires hard work and sharpened skills.

After a light and creative 3 Personal Year in 2019, you’ll steady your pace and get methodical about goals in 2020. This is a more serious year of “pouring the concrete” and establishing a firm foundation for job, relationships, health or family.

Often the first part of a 4 Personal Year feels good in the same way committing to a massive decluttering does. There’s the satisfaction of emptying closets and donating stuff that hasn’t been used in eons. Perhaps you also decide to replace the carpet and update the bathroom. Then you see how much nicer everything looks and feels, take another step and decide to reorganize the office and change the window coverings. Oh—and now that you’ve done that, you realize you should get all your files into one place, color code them, and box them by year and category. Get the picture?
